Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Escargo-Fast, a skateboarding snail game, handles information when you use the website or Android application.

Information We Collect

Escargo-Fast does not require an account and does not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, payment information, or other personal information through the game. The game does not include analytics or a user-submitted data form.

Information Stored on Your Device

The game stores high scores and related game statistics in your browser's local storage so they can be displayed during later visits on the same device and browser. This information remains on your device and is not sent to us. You can remove it by clearing the website's data in your browser or uninstalling the application.

Hosting and Technical Information

The website is hosted and delivered through Vercel. Vercel and other infrastructure providers may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and error information, in server logs for security, reliability, and abuse prevention. We do not use this information to build a personal profile. Their processing is governed by their own privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

The website requests font files from Google Fonts to display its interface. Google may receive technical information associated with those requests. Please review Google's privacy documentation for more information.

The Android application uses Google's Trusted Web Activity technology to display the website. Android and Chrome may process technical information according to your device settings and Google's policies.

Children's Privacy

Data Retention and Security

Game scores stored locally remain until you clear them. Technical logs are retained by infrastructure providers according to their policies and operational requirements.
